Waipiʻo, ʻohana-led.
Cultural perpetuation through small-group programs in our family's ancestral valley. Lineage from ʻŌpūnui and Manaiakalani. ʻĀina, moʻolelo, kuleana — in that order.
PROGRAMS
Three direct-bookable tiers. Three inquiry-only.
Tier 1 introduces the framework. Tier 2 deepens it. Tier 3 brings ʻohana performers into an evening. School groups, training contracts, and multi-day immersion are inquiry-only.
OTHER WAYS TO ENGAGE
Inquiry-only programs
THE FOUR PILLARS
Every program is built on these four.
Our curriculum runs through moʻokūʻauhau, ʻāina momona, moʻolelo, and kuleana — in that order. Lineage opens the program. Kuleana closes it.
Moʻokūʻauhau
Genealogy of place. Every program opens with our lineage back to the kūpuna of Waipiʻo Valley.
ʻĀina momona
Productive cultural landscape. Loʻi work, food sovereignty, real relationship to land — not a photo backdrop.
Moʻolelo
Stories tied to specific places in this valley. Family-held knowledge, shared with kūpuna approval.
Kuleana
What guests owe back. Reciprocity is the curriculum's final lesson — every guest leaves with a stated kuleana.
Programs in our ʻohana's ancestral valley.
Small-group, lineage-led, capped on purpose. Reciprocity is the curriculum's final lesson — every guest leaves with a stated kuleana.
