Guest Cancellations
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled start time — full refund to the original payment method.
- Cancellations within 48 hours are non‑refundable.
- No‑shows or late arrivals are non‑refundable.
Rescheduling
Subject to availability, we are happy to reschedule at least 48 hours before your start time at no charge.
Operator Cancellations (Safety, Weather, Access)
We may cancel or modify an experience due to unsafe conditions, weather, access restrictions, or cultural protocols. If we cancel before your experience begins, you may choose a full refund or reschedule at no charge.
Partial Experiences
If conditions require a shortened or altered itinerary, we will offer a reasonable pro‑rated refund or reschedule option.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).
